The Workforce Investment Board in partnership with Pima County and the City of Tucson has created a powerful Employment Resource Portal for connecting local area employers and job seekers.

Job Seekers learn useful tips, perform skills analysis, and find resources to assist them in their job search. They can then search for jobs matching their own particular set of skills. Jobs for which their skills are a close match can also be found, with the particular skills they are missing readily identified for them.

Local employers can register with the portal and post open positions with the necessary skill sets. They can then search the entire site job seeker database for individuals that match or closely match the set of skills the position requires.

The PimaWorks site also features a listing of links to the home pages of Local Employers within Pima County, many of which lead to postings of their open positions.
